I have seen a lot of Reviews on the “Guthrie Appliance Repair” service, and a lot of people say they are very satisfied with their repairman. So, how does a local technician match up to this customer review?
To be honest, I have not looked into the Google reviews personally, but it would seem to me that this person is more than happy to put his name on his own website and talk about how happy he is to be an expert at repairs for Guthrie appliances. This is a potential complaint to me.
A local appliance store can tell you a lot about an appliance repair guy by how his equipment works. But how can a person put his name and pictures on his own website without using his own personal skills? I understand that we are talking about a person who has not met me yet, but can you tell me what he has done in the past for customers, friends, or family members?
Google tells me he has positive customer reviews on his website, but if he was once a customer of mine, I will still look over those reviews. It seems from his own words that he has not performed the type of professional repair work I have requested.
I am not trying to convince you against hiring a local person because of what I have written here, but it does say a lot about the homeowner and their experience with these types of places. In addition, I would rather use my own tools to inspect the repair work rather than let someone else try to do it.
Myriads of phone calls were made by customers of this particular company before it decided to close its doors. Its Yelp page says the customer satisfaction has been overwhelming and I suppose the Yelp reviews that give the positive reviews may not be the real story.
Again, a Google search of this individual will return one thing, his website, and the number of positive reviews. How can we be sure this individual is really an expert? I do not trust what he says, but can he really perform the type of service he claims?
I am thinking that a home repair or any other service performed on a home is better off performed by a local appliance repair or service man. The convenience of having the help of a local business is always nice.
It is always best to go to a local appliance repair for your appliance problems. That way you can be confident that your repair work will be done by a qualified man.
However, you may be asking yourself why not just have the repair done in your own home. This could lead to a little more expense, and the convenience of having your technician there immediately, but then again you may be glad that you waited to have the problem fixed.
I don’t need my kettle to blow up while I am watching TV, I know I can rely on my own instincts to get my device fixed, instead of trusting a stranger. You can bet the homeowners of Westlake Village won’t need Guthrie Appliance Repair to fix their chimney.
Therefore, I believe you should take the time to search out a service center with your electrical and gas related needs. Do a Google search on local experts and compare them to a single repairman, and see what you come up with.
